Connect Support Services and Solutions is pleased to provide the following services to Ballarat and the Central Highlands Area.

Individual Support

Connect Support Services and Solutions provide individual support to you at home, in the community, at school or work, for business, health or leisure, we provide one-on-one support, seven days a week. Our supports focus on your goals and aspirations.

Personal Care

An important element of your ability to live independently at home is your personal care. Our support staff will be able to assist with your personal care requirements. This can include assistance with all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming care, house and yard assistance and meal preparation. The list is endless we can assist you with anything you require around the home.

Community Assistance

Our primary goal is to provide the necessary supports to enable participants to become a confident and contributing member of the community. The activities of Community Access are driven by the goals and needs of the individual. These may include assistance to appointments, assistance with shopping, assistance to social gatherings, travel assistance or even just going for a walk.

Support Co-ordination

Our friendly Support Coordination team will help you identify and find the supports and services needed to reach your goals.

Supported Independent Living

Connect Support Services and Solutions can provide all your assistance with daily living, including assisting in finding you the perfect home and building a support team that suits your needs and preferences.

Group Activities

Connect is pleased to provide group activities to participants with NDIS funding. These programs have been developed to increase skills as well as create meaningful connections and create an inclusive community. Group Activities we provide are Numeracy and Literacy, Art Program, Connect Choir, Sewing Program, Cooking club, Sports Sessions and our Ladies and Men’s social groups. Our group programs are operated at 3 locations, the Connect Farm, Our Activity Centre

The Hive as well as in the broader community.

Connect Adventures

Connect adventures are a great way to see amazing places with supports. Our Connect Adventures are run on a weekly basis. Some of the places we have recently visited have included:

We encourage participants to learn new skills


We use not only our Adventures bus we also encourage adventures on public transport which can help participants with life skills including travel training.

The Connect Farm

The Connect farm located 2 km out of Delacombe Town Centre. Connect Farm gives participants the opportunity to become a part of our farm community. Our farm consists of two programs our green thumbs program and animal experience we run this group activity on Mondays. The farm is also accessible for individuals to use when required. Lets learn about our programs


Green Thumbs

Our Green Thumb project has commenced, and our kitchen garden is thriving. not only will the produce be used in our cooking program but also will be used as additional feed for lots of our animals. We have been growing a variety of different produce. This is a great group for participants who like to spend time outdoors, work on living skills,socialise and meet new people with similar interests.


Animal Experience

The connect animal experience is a must do for animal lovers. Our animal experience gives the participants the opportunity to learn about our farm animals and provide the required care of them. Animals on the Farm include- Alpacas, Miniature Goats, Chickens, Guinea Pigs and sheep. our animal experience is a first for the Ballarat region.
